对再生混凝土的抗冻性进行了研究,采用再生粗骨料对天然粗骨料进行了替代,最终提出了多参数的三元回归模型,以期为再生混凝土的可持续应用,以及为再生混凝土的抗冻性分析提供新方法。结果表明:相比于天然骨料混凝土,再生骨料混凝土抗冻性有所劣化,当再生骨料替代率为50%时,冻融循环次数降低了25次;随着再生粗骨料替代率的增加,混凝土的质量、相对动弹性模量及抗压强度损失速率显著加快。针对再生骨料混凝土抗冻性的劣化,基于高斯分布函数建立了质量、相对动弹模量及抗压强度的三元回归拟合模型,该模型可以清晰地解释再生混凝土冻融循环劣化过程,拟合精度高达99.7%。
Abstract:This paper studies the effect of recycled coarse aggregate instead of natural coarse aggregate on concrete frost resistance.A ternary regression model based on mass, relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength was established to provide a new method for the sustainable application and frost resistance analysis of recycled concrete.The results show that the frost resistance of recycled aggregate concrete is worse than that of natural aggregate concrete.When the replacement rate of recycled aggregate is 50%,the number of freeze-thaw cycle is reduced by 25 times.With the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate, the mass, relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength loss rate of concrete are significantly accelerated.Aiming at the deterioration of frost resistance of recycled aggregate concrete, a ternary regression incorporating mass, relative dynamic elastic modulus and compressive strength was established based on Gaussian distribution function.The model can clearly explain the freeze-thaw cycle degradation process of recycled concrete, and the fitting accuracy is as high as 99.7%.
